Alice is an assistant solicitor in the commercial litigation department of the London office and joined the firm in June 2004 after qualifying at Rochman Landau.
Since joining, Alice has advised on all aspects of High Court and County Court commercial litigation, particularly in the receivables finance industry. Her experience includes general debt recovery claims, winding up petition and bankruptcy work, guarantees and indemnity claims, fraud claims, cross-border disputes, mediation and alternative dispute resolution. She also specializes in insolvency related litigation, particularly advising Trustees in Bankruptcy on the sale of bankrupts' matrimonial homes.
Alice has a BA in Classical Archaeology from University College London and completed her legal training at the College of Law, Guildford. In her spare time, she enjoys scuba diving, sailing, tennis and traveling. |
