Our litigation team is headed up by Andy Wilks based in our London office. The team have a wide range of litigation experience and offer a several services ranging from fraud avoidance and investigation through to Directors Disqualification.

Our insolvency team is headed up by Tim Francis, based in our London Office. Over the last few years the team has grown to include solicitors of various levels. We offer insolvency services including advice of administrations, liquidations and receiverships.

Our Commercial Team is based in Birmingham, headed up by Phil Jones. We deal with all aspects of Commercial Finance both nationally and internationally. Our property team is based in London headed up by Stephen Carter who has many years experience in this area.

Accounts are based in both the London and Birmingham offices. They are responsible to the day to day financial functions including management of the Civica Legal software. In addition the team also support the firms Human Resources, Operations and IT functions.
