Philip deals with the non-contentious aspects of the practice. Previously a partner with both Wildes and Gateley Wareing Philip has a broad practice which encompasses advising financiers on funding proposals, drafting facility and security documentation and advising on transactional funding through to pre-insolvency advice and advice where insolvency has intervened.
Philip's recent work has included advising relating to an aircraft mortgage, dealing with a supplier of construction personnel, the insolvency of a motor racing team and the purchase of a gilt future as part of a structured bonus scheme.
Philip's interests include most sports, but particularly football and rugby. |
