We have a vacancy for a commercial finance solicitor. The role includes advising on finance and security documentation, transaction finance, security enforcement and pre-insolvency situations.

The work focuses upon acting for a variety of well known financiers working in the receivables finance sector. We are able to adopt a flexible approach to the position and would consider a part-time arrangement for the right candidate.
Finance experience preferred but we will consider bright candidates with general commercial experience.
