Tim Francis is a dual qualified lawyer having qualified as an attorney in South Africa and solicitor in the UK. He specialises in business recovery and insolvency work stemming largely from the Factoring and Invoice Discounting Industry. He acts for receivables financiers and a number of highly regarded insolvency practitioners
Tim has worked at law firms both in South Africa and in the UK , and has experience in large City firms as well as gaining much of his experience with Asset Based Lending specialist firm Wildes, prior to its takeover by a larger City practice.
He has acted for the administrators, receivers and liquidators of companies in a range of industries, including a motor racing team, IT, an estate agency, construction, music and entertainment, restaurants, abattoirs, engineering, and a host of other areas. He lectures regularly to our clients on current insolvency issues.
