Ambuja specialises in business recovery and insolvency related law. In addition, Ambuja advises in respect of applications to court for administration orders, extensions of administration and validation orders. Her recent experience includes acting for the IPs in the successful dismissal of an injunction seeking to prevent the sale of assets by the administrators; advising an ABL in relation to the impact of a partial deed of release of security and assisting in the sale of the business and assets of a large recruitment company. She is also able to assist with personal insolvency matters and has recently helped a professional individual obtain an adjournment of a bankruptcy petition to enable a debt repayment plan to be entered into.

In her spare time Ambuja enjoys (watching) most sports, particularly cricket and football, and is a devoted Arsenal supporter. She also enjoys Zumba, going to the theatre, travelling and socialising with friends.
