Andy Wilks is a founding Partner of Francis Wilks & Jones LLP and is the head of the commercial litigation team.
He has significant experience in the Recruitment Sector having acted for a number of leading recruiters for the past decade. He has advised clients in a wide range of situations ranging from enforceability of restrictive covenants; obtaining injunctive relief and damages for breaches of covenants; mediating successful outcomes when the roles are reversed and providing advice in all manner of debt recovery situations.
Recent experience includes:
- Successfully mediating a very entrenched dispute involving claims for damages arising from alleged breaches of restrictive covenants.
- Successfully concluding a complex dispute for a construction recruitment client by way of Adjudication.
- Successfully recovering many millions of pounds for his leading recruitment clients
Andy is a keen traveller and also enjoys golf, gardening and spending time with his wife and two children.
