Beth joined the FWJ’s Business Recovery and Insolvency team in September 2009 following the completion of her training contract at Hammonds LLP.
Beth specialises in corporate insolvency law and works closely with officeholders. On a daily basis, Beth deals with all issues arising in administrations and liquidations and in particular has experience in dealing with sales of the business and assets of insolvent companies and property and employee issues arising out of the insolvency of a company. Beth also has insolvency litigation experience and deals with asset recovery and antecedent transactions.
