Beth graduated in Law from the University of Warwick before completing the LPC at BPP Holborn. Beth joined the FWJ’s Business Recovery and Insolvency team in September 2009 following the completion of her training contract at Hammonds LLP.
Beth specialises in corporate insolvency law and works closely with insolvency practitioners and financiers. On a daily basis Beth deals with all issues involved in administrations and liquidations and in particular has experience in dealing with sales of the business and assets of insolvent companies and property and employee issues arising out of the insolvency of a company. Beth also has insolvency litigation experience and deals with asset recovery and antecedent transactions.
Beth has broad commercial finance law experience and regularly handles Bills of Sale registration.
Beth writes for Business Money magazine and is involved in client training relating to current insolvency matters.
In her free time, Beth likes to travel or spend time with her friends and enjoys cycling.
