Tim Francis is a dual qualified lawyer having qualified as an attorney in South Africa and solicitor in the UK.

A specialist in business recovery and insolvency work stemming largely from the Factoring and Invoice Discounting Industry.

He acts for receivables financiers and a number of highly regarded insolvency practitioners. Tim has worked at law firms both in South Africa and in the UK , and has experience in large City firms as well as gaining much of his experience with Asset Based Lending specialist firm Wildes, prior to its takeover by a larger City practice.

He has acted for the administrators, receivers and liquidators of companies in a range of industries, including a motor racing team, IT, an estate agency, construction, music and entertainment, restaurants, abattoirs, engineering, and a host of other areas. He lectures regularly to our clients on current insolvency issues.

Tim is a sports enthusiast and enjoys rugby, cricket, football and tennis.
