Our insolvency team is headed up by Tim Francis, based in our London Office. Over the last few years the team has grown to include solicitors of various levels. We offer insolvency services including advice of administrations, liquidations and receiverships.
Tim FrancisPartner, InsolvencyTim Francis is a dual qualified lawyer having qualified as an attorney in South Africa and solicitor in the UK. A specialist in business recovery and insolvency work stemming largely from the Factoring and Invoice Discounting Industry. He acts for receivables financiers and a number of highly regarded insolvency practitioners. |

Stuart LindleySenior SolicitorStuart is an insolvency litigation specialist and does both personal and corporate work. He was previously at a well known national law firm and has dealt with a number of high-profile matters, including the administration of Kwik Save. |

Ambuja BoseSolicitorAmbuja joined the London office as a trainee in January 2007 and qualified as a solicitor in August 2008. She graduated in Law from Kings College, London before completing the LPC at the College of Law, Store Street. Prior to joining FWJ, Ambuja worked for three and a half years as an insolvency administrator with Smith & Williamson in their Recovery & Restructuring department and passed the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency in June 2006. |

Elizabeth CurtisSolictorBeth joined the London office’s Business Recovery and Insolvency team in September 2009 following the completion of her training contract at Hammonds LLP. At Hammonds Beth gained broad experience in the area of business recovery and insolvency as well as an understanding of asset based lending. |

Lorraine FannonInsolvency Support and MarketingLorraine joined the Firm in December 2009 working mainly for Tim Francis within Insolvency. Lorraine previously worked as a PA to the Transaction Services team at Mazars LLP. Her interests are music, films, travelling and socialising. |
