We regularly advise officeholders on a range of options for funding litigation.

We have developed good relationships with ATE insurance brokers and can normally find an insurance policy to suit your case and minimise the risk to you. We often run cases on a conditional fee basis if required.

If you are unsure how best to fund a claim, please call - we may be able to come up with a funding solution previously not thought possible.

We are also mindful of the forthcoming reforms on court costs (most notably concerning conditional fee arrangements) which could potentially affect the level of fee recoveries and are already working on a number of solutions with insurers and litigation funders to address the issues which are likely to emerge.
