94-98% typical return of monies to creditor clients

As a niche restructuring and insolvency firm, we specialise in debt recovery and asset tracing – both when debtor company is still “alive”, and also when it is has ceased trading under normal conditions. Thanks to our cost-effective service and sophisticated IT systems, we can demonstrate a typical return to our creditor clients of between 94 and 98 per cent of monies own, once our own fees have been deducted.

Specialist fraud avoidance and investigation solicitors

As part of out commercial litigation offering, we also offer a specialist fraud avoidance and investigation service. One of our litigation partners, Andy Wilks, is a member of the Young Fraud Lawyers Association and is also an Associate Certified Fraud Examiner.
