Andy Wilks specialises in commercial litigation and asset recovery work ranging from simple debtor claims to investigating and uncovering complex multi-million pound frauds. Matthew is an Assistant Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation department of the London office having joined the firm in August 2007 from a large practice in West London. Marguerite joined FWJ, having qualified as a solicitor in September 2009 within a specialised commercial practice with particular expertise in asset based lending. Marguerite has been working with Bridge Business Recovery, gaining industry experience of a variety of commercial and personal insolvency processes including creditors’ voluntary liquidations, members’ voluntary liquidations, administrations and bankruptcies.

Joanne is a South African qualified Lawyer and joined the Litigation team in November 2008. Jo has a wide range of experience in a number of areas of law, but is primarily interested in contract and commercial litigation, insolvency disputes, property and tax law. She also has experience of working on Debt recovery Case Management systems.
