Our litigation team is headed up by Andy Wilks based in our London office. The team have a wide range of litigation experience and offer a several services ranging from fraud avoidance and investigation through to Directors Disqualification.
Andy WilksPartner, LitigationAndy Wilks specialises in commercial litigation and asset recovery work ranging from simple debtor claims to investigating and uncovering complex multi-million pound frauds. He has worked with a variety of clients, including leading members of both the Factors & Discounters Association and the Recruitment & Employment Confederation. |

Jodi TierneyPartner, LitigationJodi Tierney, is specialist in contentious ABL work, and has advised clients in the ABL industry since 1999, first as a solicitor at Wildes, and latterly as a senior associate in Hammonds London based Asset Based Lending Litigation practice. |

Stuart LindleySenior SolicitorStuart is an insolvency litigation specialist and does both personal and corporate work. He was previously at a well known national law firm and has dealt with a number of high-profile matters, including the administration of Kwik Save. |

Matthew HowatSenior SolicitorMatthew is an Assistant Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation department of the London office having joined the firm in August 2007 from a large practice in West London. Matthew has a wide range of experience in a number of areas of law ranging from contract and commercial disputes to property litigation, employment and insolvency disputes. |

Nick StockleySolicitorNick is a solicitor, qualified in November 2008, based in our London office. He graduated in Economics from the University of London, worked as account and project manager in car leasing and telecommunications before completing the law conversion course and LPC at the College of Law, Guildford. |

Marguerite WebsterSolicitorMarguerite joined FWJ, having qualified as a solicitor in September 2009 within a specialised commercial practice with particular expertise in asset based lending. Marguerite has been working with Bridge Business Recovery, gaining industry experience of a variety of commercial and personal insolvency processes including creditors’ voluntary liquidations, members’ voluntary liquidations, administrations and bankruptcies. |

Joanne MullerParalegal & South African LawyerJoanne is a South African qualified Lawyer and joined the Litigation team in November 2008. Jo has a wide range of experience in a number of areas of law, but is primarily interested in contract and commercial litigation, insolvency disputes, property and tax law. She also has experience of working on Debt recovery Case Management systems. |

Andrew RamsdenParalegal/TraineeAndrew Ramsden is a South African national who studied law in the UK and has recently joined the team at Francis Wilks & Jones as a Paralegal. He has worked for commercial firms in Cheltenham and London and brings a great deal of experience in Repossession and Debt Recovery to the team. Andrew is a keen sports enthusiast and always finds time to watch the 'Boks' in action. |

Susan SullivanSenior PA - LitigationSusan works in the London office and joined the practice in January 2007 as a legal secretary. She previously worked in the commercial debt recovery field for a Kent based company for six years before deciding to return to work in London now that her son is older. |

Heather StrattonLitigation PA/Database Manager Heather joined Francis Wilks & Jones in April 2009 working mainly for Jodi, Alice and Andrew. In addition, she is responsible for looking after the firm’s marketing database.
