Marguerite Webster is the newest member of our team and assists the rest of the team, in particular Andy Wilks, in director disqualification matters.
Since starting at FWJ she has become increasing involved in our insolvency litigation team building on her previous industry experience working for Bridge Business Recovery, a firm of leading Insolvency Practitioners. Her work there involved dealing with the Official Receiver on a number of claim’s and Marguerite’s experience in this area is often highly useful in director disqualification claims.
Marguerite also deals with general commercial litigation which includes drafting numerous court applications and witness statements for a variety of matters.
