Marguerite Webster is the newest member of our team and since she began with FWJ has been significantly involved in debt recovery matters within a variety of different industries, including the recruitment sector.
Marguerite advises on the different routes to recovery including the more traditional route of issuing County Court and High Court proceedings and also when appropriate to use the insolvency route to recovery.
Marguerite’s experience ranges from low level claims to mid-tier amounts and advises on the most appropriate action to take whilst always taking into consideration the size of the debt being pursued so as to keep the costs of recovery proportionate.
