In addition to a broad commercial litigation practice, Mat is one of the firm’s principal solicitors representing its recruitment clients. Mat has an excellent knowledge of all things recruitment, having advised the firm’s recruitment clients since first joining the firm in August 2007. In particular, Mat has particular experience in resolving customer disputes and enforcing ex-employees restrictive covenants.
Recent experience includes:-
- Successfully recovered millions of pounds for the firm’s leading national recruitment clients and their subsidiaries. See the recruitment “Results” page for examples.
- Ensuring enforcement of and adherence to restrictive covenants contained in employee contracts and regularly advises clients in respect thereof.
- Successfully represented a recruitment client at a formal mediation in Central London.
