Insolvency Legal Assistant
Modinat joined the Business Recovery and Insolvency Team as a Legal Assistant in June 2011 following the completion of the LPC at BPP Law School in Holborn and the completion of the Graduate LLB at the City of London University. At undergraduate level Modinat completed a BA in French and Hispanic Studies at the University of Birmingham, where she had the opportunity to spend a year in Spain and then a further six months in France.
Modinat deals primarily with the insolvency and insolvency litigation paralegal activities on a day to day basis. The role involves carrying out pre- appointment searches, Court filings, note taking at Court hearings, bundle and support documentation preparation and assisting in general post completion matters
