Paul is an ABL / Recruitment specialist and a consultant to the practice.
Paul was a main board director of LLoyds TSB Commercial Finance for 20 years and before leaving in 2009 was responsible for the creation of a specialist recruitment sector division. This served the 1,500 recruitment sector clients of LTSBCF with lending in excess of £150 million and included CashFriday, the leading pay and bill provider in the UK.
Since leaving Lloyds, Paul has advised a major IT recruitment business and an MBO of a niche supplier to the financial services sector.
Paul is a judge for the annual APSCo awards and is respected as an independent financial adviser with specialist knowledge of the recruitment industry.
Paul is a keen sports fan and a regular at the BBC Proms.
