Stuart is an insolvency litigation specialist and does both personal and corporate work. He was previously at a well known national law firm and has dealt with a number of high-profile matters, including the administration of Kwik Save.
Stuart is able to advise and assist with the following matters: antecedent transactions; asset recovery and realization; bankruptcy petitions and annulments; cross-border issues; examinations of bankrupts, directors and other individuals; income payment agreements and orders; misfeasance claims; retention of title issues; remuneration challenges; transactions defrauding creditors; winding-up petitions; and wrongful trading.
Away from work, Stuart enjoys theatre, music and going to the gym.
