How we helped
Immediately after the debtor refused to pay the amount demanded in our letter before action, we drafted a winding up petition against them, issued it at court and served it on them.
The outcome / significance to the client
Payment was received from the debtor in full. As part of the overall settlement, we also ensured that a significant contribution was made to our client’s legal costs.
Once the debt and costs were paid, the winding up petition was dismissed from court and our client’s money safeguarded in full.
