Why the client needed our help
We acted for a creditor pursuing a debt from a company. The creditor had previously instructed debt collectors to prepare a petition to wind the company up. However, the petition was had errors in it, resulting in criticism from the judge. Consequently, the petition required amendment, and we were instructed to assist with this process.
