How we helped
Our initial approaches did not elicit a response and so we agreed that we would take a firmer hand and issued the ex-client with a bankruptcy petition. This appropriate threat finally made the client engage with us.
The outcome / significance to the client
We were able to get part-payment of the outstanding bill and reached a settlement agreement for the remainder to be paid over the following few months. If they continue to comply, the bankruptcy will not proceed.
