The co-owner of a trendy fashion wear business co-owned by a TOWIE actor who was also the face of the business. approached us. The actor had fallen out with the co-owner and it was clear that they both needed to move on.
How we helped
We successfully assisted the director with a pre-pack sale of the business and assets to a leading retailer (JD Sports). We also helped with other interim arrangements such as licences to occupy the premises.
The outcome
Despite the situation having become difficult, our client was able to sell the business with minimum stress and disruption, and get on with life.
