Why the client needed our help
Our client, a private individual, had issued a claim against a large firm of solicitors alleging professional negligence in a case she had instructed them on. The firm had issued an application to strike out her claim and she wanted our help pushing it through.

We defended our client’s claim against the strike out from the solicitors.

We were successful in our defence which meant that our client was able to continue pursuing her claim against the firm.
