Our client needed assistance recovering a £12,739 debt following the non payment of invoices.
How we helped
After first attempting to recover the debt through a letter before action (to which the debtor refused to respond), we immediately set about preparing a winding up petition which was subsequently issued at court and served on the debtor by our process server.
The outcome
Full payment of the debt plus our client’s legal costs was achieved within 11 days. The winding up petition was then dismissed and our client’s money protected from any supporting creditors.
