I have been practising as a dispute resolution solicitor for over three years now, specialising in commercial litigation and contentious insolvency. Prior to this I provided inhouse legal support to network service companies.

I am personable, approachable and commercially focused, always mindful to provide cost and time effective solutions for clients (because nobody wants to waste either of these things). I’m also highly dependable – clients know they can leave me to get on with the job while they get on with running their business.

My areas of expertise include:

• commercial litigation, including breach of contract claims, director/shareholder disputes and partnership disputes
• contentious insolvency, including acting on behalf of IPs in claims against directors (antecedent transactions/breach of directors duties) and acting on behalf of directors in defence of such claims
