- challenging and/or appealing decisions made by HMRC.
- acting for high-net-worth individuals and businesses who have a turnover in excess of £10million.
- successfully obtaining interim relief following the revocation of registrations and/or licences; enabling clients to commercially see their appeal through in the Tribunal.
- settling cases where the litigation is risky, and it is commercially sensible to avoid incurring the costs of trial.
- working alongside leading senior and junior counsel in reported cases.
