My recent experience includes advising creditors on a £151,000 debt recovery claim involving complex legal defences, assisting a director in defending a ten-year disqualification claim by the Secretary of State, and preparing pre-litigation advice on commercial contract disputes, jurisdictional issues and professional negligence.
I hold a Master of Laws from University College London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Bar Practice from the Inns of Court College of Advocacy.
