I am a Trainee Solicitor in the Debt Recovery team at Francis Wilks & Jones. I support fee-earners across a wide range of matters involving debt recovery, insolvency and enforcement. My experience includes working with insolvency practitioners, directors, companies and secured lenders, helping them manage the legal and procedural steps needed to recover money owed or respond to financial difficulties.
I take a commercial and pragmatic approach to every instruction. Clients value my clear communication and my ability to keep them informed at each stage of the process. I focus on achieving positive and cost-effective outcomes while ensuring that matters progress efficiently and with proper attention to detail.
My work includes drafting and reviewing key documents such as letters before action, statutory demands, winding-up petitions and bankruptcy petitions. I also assist with claims against individuals and companies and support the development of enforcement strategies designed to protect clients’ financial interests.
My training spans debt recovery, insolvency and litigation, giving me a strong foundation from which to provide reliable and practical support. I am committed to delivering a service that is thorough, approachable and aligned with the commercial needs of the clients I work with..
We used Francis Wilks & Jones to recover outstanding invoices. Andy and Hardeep worked quickly to get all the legal documents sent out. We recovered all the outstanding invoices and the legal costs, this essentially put us at net-zero in terms of costs which was great.
