I am the firm’s in-house barrister, having first qualified as a solicitor, providing advocacy and legal advice on commercial litigation disputes, insolvency matters and arbitration.
I have advised a wide range of clients, including PLCs, high-net-worth-individuals and companies. This breadth of experience, along with my previous practice as a solicitor, enables me to approach issues laterally and commercially.
Clients particularly value my analytical skills and forensic approach.
My expertise includes:
- advising on director disqualification and insolvency claims
- commercial fraud disputes
- providing advocacy services for interlocutory hearings
Prior to joining Francis Wilks & Jones in March 2021, I was heavily involved in several long-running High Court claims arising out of a £64 million dispute concerning allegations of conspiracy and deceit which culminated in a hearing at the Court of Appeal.
I am an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of both Lincoln’s Inn and the Commercial Bar Association (ComBar).
