Firstly, I am an oenophile. I completed the Advanced Wine & Spirits Education Trust Award (Wines) and have led tastings for Rugby School’s Wine Society.
In addition, I am a passionate musician and hold ARSM Performance Diplomas in flute and voice. I was a choral scholar at Merton College and have performed alongside the London Mozart Players and Solent Symphony Orchestra as a flautist. As a former Lightweight Oxford rower, I am also a keen sportswoman. I particularly enjoy running, cycling and watersports on the Sussex coast.
Following in the footsteps of my ferocious QC grandfather, I am a determined and ambitious negotiator. I have acted for individuals and businesses in fast-paced litigation, round-table meetings and conciliatory settlements; helping clients to navigate disputes and reach sustainable solutions provides continuous stimulation and satisfaction.
Prior to joining Francis Wilks & Jones, I trained at a City firm, where I gained experience in jurisdiction battles and financial disputes involving high-value assets, trust structures and cryptocurrencies.
I have also studied Disruptive Technologies and take an active interest in the regulatory landscape surrounding Web 3.0 and digital assets.
