- Obtaining an order against two directors for payments made to them prior to liquidation, pursuant to sections 212 and 239 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
- Obtaining an order for an insolvency practitioner to retrospectively increase the monthly contributions under an income payments agreement, pursuant to section 310A of the Insolvency Act 1986.
