I am a New Business and Client Intake Executive at Francis Wilks & Jones. My role is focused on helping new clients take the first step with the firm and making the onboarding process as clear, responsive and straightforward as possible.
I am often one of the first points of contact for people who are looking for legal support. I understand that contacting a solicitor can feel unfamiliar, particularly where the issue is urgent, sensitive or commercially important. My aim is to make that first stage feel organised and reassuring, so clients know what information is needed, what happens next and who will be assisting them.
I work closely with colleagues across the firm to help new enquiries reach the right team quickly. This includes understanding the nature of the enquiry, gathering key information and helping the client move through the onboarding process efficiently. I am focused on making sure that clients receive a prompt response, while also helping our teams manage capacity so that every client receives the level of service they need.
Clients value my responsiveness, attention and clear communication. I want every client to feel that their enquiry matters and that they are being guided through the process with care.
