We acted for the administrators of an American style chain of restaurants in a successful pre-pack sale of six of its outlets. Each outlet was owned by a separate company with separate landlords and each with their own registered securities.

How we helped

Acting for the administrators, we oversaw the sale. This involved a disposal to a party connected to the primary secured lender which required a complicated set off of the purchase price against the fixed charge element of the security.

The outcome

We were able to resolve the sale quickly and efficiently, enabling all involved to get on with life and business.
